MINICT and ELM sign MoU to build collaboration in government e-services delivery
On 12th October 2022, Rwanda Ministry of ICT and Innovation signed a memorandum of understanding with Elm, a Saudi-based leading company in digital solutions in the margins of GITEX 2022 exhibition in Dubai.
Ambassador of Rwanda to the UAE Emmanuel Hategeka signed the MOU on behalf the Ministry of ICT and Innovation with the CEO of Elm Company Dr. Abdulrahman bin Saad Al-Jadhai.
This Memorandum of Understanding will allow the two parties to build collaboration and share experience in government e-services delivery.
