President Kagame joins leaders for the opening ceremony of COP28
Thursday, 30 November – H.E President Paul Kagame joined COP28 host UAE President HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nayhan, UN Secretary General Antonío Guterres and other world leaders for the opening ceremony of the UN Climate Change Conference COP28.
Over the next two weeks at the COP28, Rwanda’s delegation will call for more ambitious climate action and a doubling of funding for adaptation, and share why Rwanda is an ideal destination for green investment.
