Rwanda, UAE sign an Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation
On 28th April 2022 in Kigali, Rwanda Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Hon. Vincent Biruta received UAE's Foreign Affairs Minister of State H.E Sheikh Shakhboot Bin Nahyan Al Nahyan and his delegation.
They discussed boosting economic cooperation between the two countries and signed an Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation. The Agreement will facilitate various forms of economic and technical cooperation between the two friendly countries and will contribute to the development and enhancement of mutual economic relations.
Before his meeting with Minister Biruta, H.E Sheikh Shakhboot Bin Nahyan Al Nahyan and his accompanying delegation were received on the previous day by Minister of State, Prof Nshuti Manasseh. Discussions between the two sides focused on the implementation progress of economic cooperation projects of mutual interest and explored new opportunities between Rwanda and UAE.
